Raghib read in several newspapers that the Sublime Porte wants the consulate in Antwerp to increase in rank. Raghib agrees that it is good for the surveillance of the arms shipments in Antwerp. He thinks the current consul in Antwerp is not a suitable candidate and asks for his replacement.
