Letters from the Imperial Legation in Brussels (1849–1914)
Synopsis
Cherbetgian reports on the insulting articles addressed to Rifaat published in “Cri de Bruxelles” and written by Lucien Charles Moyse. He attaches a letter to Abdulhak Hamid Bey in order to ask him to prevent publication of these articles.
