Synopsis

Nicolaïdes explains when he received directives of the Ottoman press bureau and when not. He hopes to prove he couldn’t know the articles he published were opposed to the policy of the Ottoman Government. He further asks which other articles, not taken over from “Eklesiastiki Alithia”, are suspected.
