Synopsis

Tevfik reports that several articles of the newspaper “l’Orient” contrary to the Ottoman policy appeared. In the issue of 16 March the Rumanian situation is explained in a way that doesn’t promote the Ottoman project of different peoples living together. He asks Raïf to prevent such publications in the future.

The former would discriminate the Greek and Bulgarian provinces. Nicolaïdes asks the Great Powers to intervene in order to follow the agreements of the Berlin Conference.)
