Synopsis
Nicolaïdes informs Raïf that the articles that disparaged “l’Orient” where taken over from “Eklesiastiki Alithia” and that he thought they where in accordance with the Ottoman policy. Nicolaïdes points out that he hardly receives directives from the Ottoman press bureau.
