Publications de L'Orient contre Mihran Effendi et lettre de Mr. Russo B. Armenis
Tevfik reports that the director of “l’Orient” started a smear campaign against Mihran Effendi. He also received a letter by Mr Rousso complaining about Mihran and an insulting article appeared in “Le Chronique de Bruxelles”. Munir is asked to start an investigation and to take measures against the subsidised “l’Orient”.
