Synopsis
Tevfik asks Mihran why the Belgian post sent a telegram to the German and Austrian-Hungarian post in order to send back the issues of “l’Orient” that where sent to Istanbul on 1 December. Tevfik asks if the issues contain negative reports on the Sublime Porte.
