Telegram from the Sublime Porte. Carathéodory had drawn attention to an article in "La Reforme" regarding the prohibition on excessive parties. The embassy in London, on her part, pointed out a publication in "De Standaard" regarding the same incident. These are sent as attachments that can be used by Carathéodory to dispel these rumours.
