Synopsis
Tevfik knows that the publishing of “l’Indépendance Belge” is permitted but claims that the editions of the newspaper contained articles that didn’t pass censorship. The newspaper’s attitude towards the Empire worsened and if this doesn’t change the publication of the newspaper can be prohibited again.
