Aléco Aristachi sends 2 articles regarding the Russian empire. The first regarding an alleged request of a Russian envoy to Istanbul about the free passage of Russian warships through the Dardanelles. The second about the Russian influence in Bender-Abbas in Iran and the fact that the Russian officers were sent as instructors to the Iranian army.
