Synopsis
Anarchists protest against the Riza case. A hearing of Riza will take place in parliament. Carathéodory spoke with the Belgian Ministers for Justice and Foreign Affairs about the clear victory of the government. Riza left for Paris but was able to distribute the latest issue of his newspaper.
