Synopsis
Riza Bey arrived in Brussels to make a lithography of the Turkish version of the “Mechveret” with the intention to send it as soon as possible. Aristarchi promises to prevent Riza Bey from staying and to prevent him from publishing his newspaper. That won’t be easy due to the Belgian press law.
