Synopsis
Carathéodory informs that an article of negative nature was published by accdident in "L'Indépendance Belge" regarding "La correspondance d'Alep" due to the absence of the directors, who have apologised profusely and have promised not to allow such incidents again and to have the article removed from the international editions of the paper.
