Carathéodory has observed that none of the Brussels newspapers have reprinted the slanderous rumours from "La Reforme". "La Reforme" attacks all European monarchs and has a very limited readership. It is limited to radical, socialist circles. "La Reforme" copied the rumours from "The Daily News" and "Le XIX Siècle".
