Copy of a letter from the interim director of "L'Indépendance Belge", Gérard Harry. It contains details about strict censorship in Adana and a request an intervention bu Carathéodory at the Sublime Porte. Today they published a new testimony regarding the Burdur-incident. He hopes that the Porte will receive well the request of the newspaper and will join in helping to end the strict censorship.
