Synopsis
Newspapers have republished a telegraph that had appeared in "The Daily News" regarding alleged conspiracy in Istanbul. The telegraph also mentioned the alarming state of the Sultan's health and a visit by a physician that could be interpreted as a serious affair. Carathéodory suggests an official denouncement of these rumours.
