Cession de la publication du « Nord ».
Report on the semi-official Russian newspaper Le Nord publishing in Brussels. Since the death of its director, Mr Isanusdis, all publications are put off. Publishing might resume until a new organ is founded but subsidies dependent completely on the deceased director.
