Aristarchi sends two articles. The first one, published on 29 December in “La Réforme”, reports on the German plans. The second one, published in “Nouvelles du jour”, concerns slavery. He also points to an article in “La Revue de droit Internationale”, by former minister Rolin Jaecquemyns that wrongly reports on the situation of the Armenians in the Ottoman Empire.
