Synopsis
Carathéodory answers Saïd Pacha that “l’Indépendance Belge” has no correspondent in Istanbul. Correspondences in this paper come from occasional reporters and the director apologizes and stated that he himself is very favourable towards the Ottoman Empire. He will also take measures in favour of the Ottoman Empire.
