Carathéodory immediately published the answer in “Le journal de Bruxelles”. He hopes that the format and choice of newspaper will please the Sultan. Baron de Haulleville was very willing to publish it and hopes that this will end the break in their relations caused by the incident with the article from the “New York Herald” and “Le Temps”.
