Synopsis

Diran Bey sends two articles published in “L’Indépendance Belge”, one written by a correspondent in Istanbul, the other written in Paris. He insists that they both contain false information, however the newspaper is quite influential on the Belgian and European public opinion. Moreover, the Parisian public opinion that seemed to be improved after the Sultan’s visit to Paris, now turns against the Ottomans. Attachment is missing.
