Synopsis
Diran Bey reports that the editor of “L’Indépendance” refused to publish the fourth rectification, nonetheless he promises to publish articles by the Ottoman government attributed to correspondents in Istanbul. A payment of 2500fr to do so seems insufficient for the newspaper.
