Synopsis
The newspaper “Nord” covers the courteously reception of the Sultan by the ‘Grands Ducs’ (All male, children, great-children and cousins) of the Russian Tsar. This proves the good relation between Russia and the Ottoman Empire and the ‘Eastern crisis’ seems over.
