Synopsis

Réponse. Incident du Cardinal Lavigerie

Carathéodory reports that he received sufficient facts and official documents to file a complaint against Christian missionaries in Africa. They not only maintained slave trade but even owned most of the slaves themselves. As long as the cardinal does not proceed the polemic Carathéodory will keep this information secret.
