Synopsis
Carathéodory writes that he received the telegram on the 12th of August and immediately took action against “L’Indépendance Belge” to end the news reports on the alleged illness of the Sultan. He also found out that the Parisian correspondent works for the press agency “Havas”. Carathéodory writes that he will further investigate the case.
