Carathéodory describes the ceremony and liturgical service for the name feast of King Leopold II on the 15th of November. Carathéodory himself was present at the gala dinner organised by the Belgian Minister for Foreign Affairs and gives a description of his congratulatory message for the King on behalf of the Ottoman Empire.
