Munir Bey sends the draft bill in which the mandatory arbitration between Belgium on one side and Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark and Greece on the other will be approved. He attaches an additional declaration on the Belgian-Russian treaty and a protocol attached to the treaty between Belgium and Sweden.
