Letters from the Imperial Legation in Brussels (1849–1914)
Synopsis
Diran Bey reports on the opening of the parliamentary year, without the King's presence. Since he returned from his journey the King seems to be ill, but not too bad. Diran also mentions that the credentials of most diplomats are not yet accepted, but that they should be in a few days.
