Condoléance pour le décède de prince Baudoin

Carathéodory sends two messages: a copy of a letter in which the prince de Chimay thanks Saïd Pacha for his condolences for the deceased Prince and a copy of a letter by the Papal nuncio who’s preparing a joint condolence of the diplomatic corps accredited in Brussels.
