Essad Bey reports that, in the Belgian House of Representatives, a Catholic MP deposited a bill on financial aid for primary education. The bill that would undermine the existing system, led to loud and hostile demonstrations. Essad Bey notes that the discussions about it could lead to the fall of the government. He summarizes the content of the bill and explains the three objections against the new system of subsidies.
