Passage à Bruxelles du duc d'Aumale

Etienne Carathéodory Effendi reports that the Duke of Aumale, who had been deported from France, stayed in Brussels for two days, and then left for England. Victor Napoléon returned from Switzerland, where he visited his mother. He would stay permanently in Brussels.
