Synopsis

Accusé de réception

The Ottoman Minister for Foreign Affairs, Saïd Pacha, confirms that he has received Etienne Carathéodory Effendi’s reports on the death of ex-Prime Minister Malou, on the short stay of the Count of Aumale in Brussels, and on the definitive stay of Victor Napoléon in Brussels. (The place is not mentioned, but the letter was probably sent from Istanbul.)
