Abdulhak Hamid Bey reports about a cabinet reshuffle in Belgium. Berryer was the new Minister of the Interior, and Broqueville was the new Minister of Railways, Post Services and Telegraph Services. This was only a provisional government that would only exist until the opening of the parliament.
