Letters from the Imperial Legation in Brussels (1849–1914)
Synopsis
In a brief telegram, Etienne Carathéodory Effendi reports that the Belgian Minister of Finance, Paul de Smet de Naeyer, was the new Prime Minister. He notes that Paul de Favereau stayed Minsiter of Foreign Affairs, (but he only mentions his last name as ‘Favereau’, which was added to the telegram later).
