Letters from the Imperial Legation in Brussels (1849–1914)
Synopsis
In a rectification of his previous telegram, Etienne Carathéodory Effendi changes ‘complètement’ to ‘complètent’, meaning that the elections were over and the results he communicated were definitive. (This correction was also made on the photographed previous telegram. The date and recipient are unknown, but the telegram was probably sent around 22-10-1894 to Saïd Pacha.)
