Nomination de Mr. Beernaert comme Ministre des Affaires Etrangères ad interim. - 2 Annexes

Because of the death of the Belgian Minister for Foreign Affairs (Joseph, Prince de Chimay), Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Auguste Beernaert, was appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs ad interim. Carathéodory explains why this temporary solution was chosen. (In attachment are copies of the correspondence between Beernaert and Carathéodory, concerning this nomination.)
