Synopsis
The Ottoman Minister for Foreign Affairs, Saïd Pacha, confirms that he has received Mahmoud Nédim Bey’s report on the arrival of Count Errembault de Dudzeele, the new Belgian minister resident in Belgrade. (The place is not mentioned, but the letter was probably sent from Istanbul.)
