Congé du Prince de Caraman
Prince de Caraman asked and received permission to take some time off, because his wife deceased. Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Auguste Beernaert, would replace him temporarily as Minister for Foreign Affairs, until the return of prince Joseph de Caraman.
