Clôture des Chambres belges.
Etienne Carathéodory Effendi reports that the extraordinary session of the Belgian parliament was now closed. The parliament adjourned. The new parliamentary year would start at the beginning of November. Carathéodory hopes that this break would calm down the inflamed passions.
