Synopsis
Rétablissement du Roi.
Etienne Carathéodory Effendi informs Aarifi Pacha that King Leopold II had completely recovered from the illness that kept him in bed for more than two months. The King was seen in public again, as he welcomed Prince George of Wales to Brussels. The crowd acclaimed the King enthusiastically, which seemed to have moved him.
