Synopsis

Douilles expédiées en Grèce. - 1 Annexe

Etienne Carathéodory Effendi reports that the Ottoman General Consul in Antwerp informed him about the exportation of four million cartridges from Antwerp to Piraeus. General Consul Lambert provided a model of the cartridges, which Carathéodory sent in attachment. (The enclosed model is not photographed.) The Ottoman legation thanked the General Consul for his intelligent zeal. Carathéodory also thanked him in name of the Sublime Porte. In his report, Carathéodory did not give any judgement. Nor did he express any concerns.
