Synopsis
Diran Bey informs Fuad Pacha about the festivities taking place that same day (21 July 1859), to celebrate the 28th anniversary of the King’s inauguration. Without further describing the ceremony, he briefly refers to the Te Deum, attended by the King, the ministers and the diplomatic corps.
