Nouveau Ministère en Belgique. 1 annexe.

Musurus Pacha informs Server Pacha about a letter he received from Count d’Aspremont Lynden, in which the latter announced that he would be the new Minister for Foreign affairs in the De Theux government. In attachment was d’Aspremont Lynden’s letter. Musurus Pacha briefly explains that the new government, like the old one, would consist of conservatives, known in Belgium as the Catholic Party, being the majority in parliament.

He assured Musurus Pacha that all his efforts would be directed towards tightening the bonds of friendship with Turkey, and that Belgium would remain impartial and neutral.)
