Retour de S.M. Le Roi des Belges de Londres
Since 1 July 1860, King Leopold had returned from his visit to the British Queen Victoria, his niece. According to Diran Bey, the public opinion considered this visit to be only a family matter: an opportunity for King Leopold to show his affection for his niece, after he had been absent for so long. Diran Bey promises Fuad Pacha to inform him in case he hears something more about this visit.
