Synopsis
Diran Bey refers to a report about the Court of Audit of Belgium, reproduced by the Legation’s secretary, Pierre Manasse. He thought that this report might be interesting and useful one day, for the Ottoman government or the Sultan, considering their wish to introduce some reforms in different administrations of the empire. (The enclosed report to which Diran Bey refers, is not photographed.)
