A short note informing Istanbul that the Ottoman legation attended a dinner in the palace and that the king sends his regards to the sultan.

Au dîner d’hier au palais en l’honneur du Congrès, le Roi nous a expressément et itérativement priés de le rappeler au bon souvenir de S.M.I. le Sultan, pour lequel il professe la plus grande estime et la plus sincère amitié.
